This course is taken up by Mr Rajeev Poddar- MBA ( Finance ) CFA , CA .  He is the Student Performance Award winner in the CMA exam and also holds the Certificate of Distinguished Performance in the CFM exam. He has 15 years of work experience across the globe and has provided valuation support in multi-million dollar lawsuit, helped start-up raise private equity, prepared independent expert report for Big Four firm, and worked with investment banks in equity research.

Certification 

Students enrolling for the course will be given a “Certificate of Completion” from NSE Academy, facilitated by Kredent Academy.

Practical Exposure and Internship

The Course aims at a practical application of the topics covered, focussing on different case studies and real time practical portfolio analysis. In addition to this, the students attend 10 hours of internship with our Faculty. They get to prepare an equity research report of a listed entity and include their analysis of the stock, their valuation and recommendation.

Placement Assistance

• Yes, basic knowledge about the market would help you in better understanding. You do not need to take up any particular course for basics before opting for Certification in Equity Valuation & Financial Modeling.

• Do we have theory classes also for this course?

• Yes, it is a combination of theory & practical classes. It will give you great exposure to the market and the knowledge on how to calculate a company’s value using advanced Excel.

• Are there any additional study materials apart from the videos? If so, how can I access them?

• The study material includes various PPTs, books, other PDFs. All of these will be provided to you by us once the classes commence. Our support team will be there to assist you for the same.

• If I miss any of the live classes, are the recordings available for me?

• Yes, if you have missed the live session or class then you will get the recordings for it once the class is completed.
